“The boat operates during all weather conditions which I don’t think is safe or fair for the type of experience you are paying for. … You couldn’t look up for the majority of the ride because your glasses would go flying off because of the wind and you were being pelted in the face with heavy rain at both high wind and boat speeds which is incredibly uncomfortable and painful. I have no doubt this would be fun in seemingly more relaxed rain or sunshine but the weather was too extreme and it should’ve been postponed and re-scheduled.”

He got halfway up the river and said we were at the end and turning around. When everyone asked about the canyon he said it was only shot over jet that did that.
